2015-2018 With the support of Jingdezhen Culture Department and Taoxichuan Ryan Matthew Mitchell served as founding Director of Jingdezhen Taoxichuan International Programs (JDZIS/JAEA). Curated and arranged artist invitations and programs for 35 International Artists.

Programs including: Artist Residencies, Lectures, Exhibitions and Workshops focusing on leading sculptors and potters in the ceramic field.
